Good morning all!  I had an office manager meeting yesterday at the district offices and it was packed full of information that I’m happy to share….

  • Are you confused by the website?  Everything is there just in a different place.  The district tells me where to put it and I move it.  The goal is worthy- to make all school websites similar for easy information access across the district.
  • In the changes today, the staff tab and staff directory has been absorbed in the school tab.  Your pages and resources are all there just under a new tab.
  • The WASC process continues but we are having trouble getting parents to complete the survey.  Can you prompt by asking for homework?
  • Student Recognition posters are printed and in staff room if you can post….
  • Up to date master schedule, phone lists and dates at a glance are also printed and in staff room (thank you Genny).
  • A reminder from Certificated HR:  everybody has family emergencies but for the most part you know when you will be out.  Even 3-6 months out for dental/doctor appointments.  So please file for subs as soon as you know.  It is the simplest way to avoid scrambling to fill a classroom.
  • When you schedule your discretionary day please request sub at the same time.
  • Monday, January 21 is a holiday with no custodian service.  Stay home!
  • All Student of Excellence Certificates will be ordered Friday at 3pm.  Please get your nominations in on the google spreadsheet by 2!
