Yearbook

Yearbook

Earlier this year I sent an email about eShare, and with Homecoming over and Halloween fast approaching, the yearbook staff wants to reach out  and ask for  your photos! This online program allows you to upload pictures directly to our photo database, and will help us cover more aspects of student and campus life! You can download the free app to your phone or access it online at http://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/Index.jsp. Our school code is MVmustangs. Remember, we are giving photographer credit!

Also, below you'll find information about senior ads! As the first discounted price deadline is fast approaching, and we want as many people as possible to take advantage of it!  You'll find the flyer attached to this email.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact our editors at the email below!

Sincerely,

Jennie Drummond

Dear parents and families of seniors-

Once again, Yearbook is offering space for personal messages from parents and family members to their graduates. This section is a favorite among the alumni and graduates.

This year you can design these ads yourself online through our publisher, Herff Jones. This is a completely new way of creating senior ads, so please read the attached flyer carefully! With this new system, you are completely in charge of the appearance and content of your ad, and are able to personalize it to exactly the way you would like. And even though this is a brand-new system, the pricing has remained the same! Deadlines and pricing are available on the attached flyer. To be more environmentally friendly we will not be mailing out the “old style “ letters this year, so check out the information online.

If you have technical questions or problems, please contact Herff Jones at 877.362.7750

If you have questions or concerns about the new process, please contact our editors at the email below!

Sincerely,

Jennie Drummond

Families of seniors, it’s time to start creating your Yearbook senior ads! Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and enter the order number 16339. Click “Create An Ad” and it’ll walk you through everything! You approve your finished ad in the program before you pay, and your ad is not complete until you add it to your cart, check out, and pay for it! For more information and pricing, check your Schoolloop inbox for a message sent by Ms. Drummond on October 13!
