Parent Portal Activation


I have my GUID, now what do I do? 


Activate your account by clicking on the Infinite Campus Account Activation page.


If you need assistance with completing your activation, please click on this link and follow the directions listed. 



I have a GUID but I receive an error saying it has already been activated. What do I do now?


Since this GUID has been activated already, you should be able to login here

However, if you do not recall the username, please click here.

Or if you do not recall the password, please click here.


But if you do not recall either one, please email PortalHelp@srvusd.net to request an account reset with your full name and your MV student's name.




I have a GUID but I receive an error saying it is incorrect. What do I do now?


To confirm that your GUID is correct, please email PortalHelp@srvusd.net



I do not have a GUID, what do I do?


Your GUID was sent to the email on record.  If you did not receive it, please email Sarah Sirota with your name and your MV student's name.




What is a GUID?


A GUID is your unique identification number assigned to you by SRVUSD that securely links you to all of your children within the district.  If you have accessed the Parent Portal previously, the single username can be used to access all of your students' information within Infinite Campus.
